Privacy notice

If you join the list, your email address is used for one thing: emails with news and offers about Etiuda, the first on the day it goes on sale. Every email carries a link to unsubscribe, and once you do, the address is deleted. It is not shared, sold or used for anything else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

The controller of your data is Maxim Gwiazda, acting as a private person until a business is registered to sell Etiuda; this notice will then be updated to name it. For anything about your data, including seeing it, correcting it or having it deleted, write to contact@etiuda.dev.

Only what the form sends: your email address, the language of the page you signed up on (English or Polish), the version of this notice, and the date and time. Your name, your IP address and anything else are not stored.

Like any web host, Cloudflare has to handle your IP address to deliver the page and the form. It is not stored with your email address, and it is not used for anything here.

To send you news and offers about Etiuda by email, the first on the day it goes on sale. Every email names its sender and carries a link to unsubscribe. The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time, by the link in any email or by writing to contact@etiuda.dev, and your address is then deleted; withdrawing does not affect anything done lawfully before it. Leaving your address is voluntary, and the only consequence of not leaving it is that no emails come. No decision about you is made automatically.

In a Cloudflare D1 database in Maxim Gwiazda's own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare, Inc. stores and processes it on his behalf, as a processor. Cloudflare is a United States company and may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which form part of Cloudflare's data processing terms.

Your address is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent in any other way, and is then deleted.

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how it is processed, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@etiuda.dev.

You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
